Mentoring is helping others using one's own experience. No one knows everything, but together we know a lot.

I've been leading teams for over a decade, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of product design and development. Working as an Agile Coach, I've been a regular consultant for Fortune 100, EDU, NGO, and GOV organizations.

I've also contributed to free software in both code and community capacities. In addition to occasional international appearances, I've been a regular presenter at Meet-ups, Camps and Conferences, usually speaking on Product and Business Strategy and Management topics. I stay involved in my local community as a lead organizer of NERD, a New England based non-profit for the inclusion and advancement of computer science and development in its region.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with departmental honors in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts. I hold certifications for Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant, Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), CSP-SM, Certified Scrum Product Owner®.

My primary passion and motivation is in delivering better products by getting production teams and customers closer together through automation and empathy. I’m a published author and keynote speaker on this subject and enjoy its real life challenges in the trenches of the enterprise. I aspire to apply my skills and past successes in leadership strategy and management innovation to larger and larger organizations.

I can support a mentoring relationship which provides valuable experience and lessons learned across all of the topics you can find described throughout this entire website. I can help you start a business or nonprofit, grow as a servant leader, grow a learning organization, coach a transformation, or improve at discovering, setting, and achieving your own unique goals.
