Assessment and Consulting
My coaching and training approach is to start from a place of understanding. This often initially takes form as assessment activities. To do this, I seek to meet with key personnel to understand your current process, including mapping your organizational and development value streams. This further includes surveying existing work stream coordinators for common issues/challenges already being faced.
All interviews and observations would be processed through my assessment tool and made available, along with recommendations for next steps and ongoing incremental improvement, for your teams and leadership.
In a larger transformative effort, I would then use these observations and analysis to cater a program that is adoptable and seeks to fit good practices within your organization's culture.
